Before working with Tom I admired his directing work enormously. His productions are of the highest caliber and it has been invaluable to have his expertise as a resource.

It is so brilliant to have Tom as a safe place to practice, try something new, be vulnerable knowing that he will offer solutions to improve the skills you feel less capable. Therefore extending your toolbox and broadening the type of roles you can be cast in. He’s also peppy and positive with a great sense of fun which leaves you feeling galvanized after each session.

Post-pandemic I was out of practice and low in confidence. Tom’s sessions lead me back into enjoying unpicking and prepping work rather than being intimidated.

I LOVED my first post-pandemic theatre audition feeling confident and match fit. I used the same techniques when the second audition came in which led me to being recalled and booking a West End job.
